With the sole intention of the institution for mentally challenged which was attached to St.Antony's Matric.Higher Sec. School,Karur, we bought a plot of 4 acres in Manavady 9 Kms away from Karur. The Convent and school building was completed very soon and the blessing was 23rd Nov. 2006. St.Antony's Mentally challenged school was shifted to the new building. 5 sisters are there in Anto Bhavan Convent. They work for these special children with more love and care above all with more patience. The school is recognized by the Tamil Nadu Government and we get grant also.
